Not your favorite? We’re not mad. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, free of stains, with all original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. Sissy Light reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these requirements.

Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of your order. A restocking fee of 9% will be deducted from your credit. 

Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. You’ll receive an email notification once your refund or store credit has been issued.

Exchanges

Want to try a different look? Easy fix. Free shipping on your first exchange. Exchange items must be unworn, undamaged, free of stains, with all original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. Sissy Light reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these requirements.

 Exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt of your order. 

All exchanged items are final sale and are not eligible for return. Shipping charges related to an additional exchange will apply.
