Shipping

Flat shipping rate of $11 for hats and hat baskets and $5 for accessories. Our flat-rate shipping fees apply regardless of order size or weight. Orders ship via UPS Ground or Fed Ex. Customers will receive an email with tracking details once the order has been fulfilled.

2 - 3 Day Air Shipping // $50. Orders placed by 12pm CST on weekdays will be received the within 3 business days. Saturdays and Sundays will delay arrival. Example - Orders placed before noon Tuesday, will be received Friday.

Returns

Not your favorite? We’re not mad. Free shipping on returns for up to 2 hats, 2 hat boxes and 4 earrings. Returned items must be unworn and undamaged. Returns must be made within 15 days of original purchase.
